MarineDex is dedicated to creating new cost effective solutions to businesses to connect to members of the marine and superyacht industry. We are pleased to announce the industry’s first online leads service dedicated to helping business find new customers from within the industry.
A leads service is a system that allows members both businesses and users to post work requests online for open tender, information about the work includes
• Heading
• Budget
• Location
• Description
• Supporting documents
This information is then out via email to the businesses in our system that could provide the services requested in the areas and categories dictated by the author. Businesses then have the option to purchase the contact information using MarineDex credits purchased either during registration or after, costs vary depending on original budget. A maximum of 5 businesses are able to purchase the contact information of the author who posted the lead. A built in system also allows authors to stop others purchasing their information once work has been secured.
Businesses who purchase the lead can then contact the author who posted the lead to tender for the work. This doesn't guarantee businesses the work posted but gives them a chance to lower their customer acquisition costs by connecting to people searching for services within the industry. This system is a tested means of gauging a return on investment something that isn’t possible with standard advertising system both off and online.
Businesses already registered with MarineDex can take advantage of this system by purchasing leads tokens in leads section of their dashboards or clicking here. Businesses also have the power to filter leads results by
• Area of operation
• Budget
• Categories
Businesses will only be sent leads based on the categories that they are registered with along with similar linked categories in the system. Businesses can assign themselves to additional categories through their dashboard or by clicking here.
Users of this service must first register. Once registered they can then select LEADS SERVICE in the advanced search tools on the home page where they be directed to your dashboard to create a lead. Then by filling out the simply form presented and submit the lead is then send out to the businesses in the system for review and consideration. Once submitted authors can view lead in the tab “my leads” in the lead service section of their dashboard. From here they can also edit, delete and stop a lead once a suitable company to complete the work required.
